Joe's Sushi, Buena Park.
On weekdays this place has All-You-Can-Eat sushi for 17.95 a person. With tax its almost 20 dollars. I think it can be definitely worth the amount. The average amount for a single roll is 4.95 and comes with 4 pieces, while most of the rolls served for AYCE are 8 pieces. So you quickly make up the value by eating 2 rolls, or at least that's how i see it.
The menu items offer a variety flavor. Spicy, sweet, savory any kind of taste you would want. I enjoyed all the rolls i ordered, names and pictures of the sushi can be found in my Flickr photostream (links on the left).
They do charge if you decide to take home leftover food. Finish what you order, don't be a wuss.
